The Week Before Your Marathon or Half Marathon

Marathon StartIf your race is next weekend, what do you do throughout the week? Your long mileage is done, and throughout the week it is good to get in 30-minute to 60-minute walks each day, but no hard training. But beyond the training, you need to pay attention to what you eat and drink and plan for a good night's sleep each night. Most of all, you need to get your gear all ready, clean and packed (if traveling) or laid out (if you're dong a local race.)
