When it's going to be hot outside, you may want to keep your walking workout short but use it effectively. Choose the coolest time of day for outdoors workouts or crank up the air conditioning for a treadmill blast. This can be a good time to work on high intensity intervals so you get the most calorie burn and aerobic benefit in the least amount of time.
