10 Things to Stop Doing

Stop SignI prefer to talk about positive behaviors, but sometimes you just have to yell "Stop!" at yourself. I yelled "Stop" in late December and now I'm down 21 unwanted pounds and I've doubled my average steps per day. I'm on track to reclaim the smaller sizes in my wardrobe. Here are 10 things to stop doing if you want to walk off weight. Yes, many of them are actually things you need to start doing, but most of them are bad attitudes and thought patterns that keep you from being effective in walking for weight loss.
