Prevention magazine updated its 25 Best Cities for Walking list in March, 2012. The list contains several dubious listings and notable sleights. It was last updated in 2009, and different criteria are used each time it is updated. This time, it is top-heavy with New Jersey cities, some of which are notably unsafe for walkers.
