Drinking enough throughout the day can be as important as drinking enough during exercise. But I hear from many people who don't like the taste of their tap water. One solution is to use a filter bottle. I got a sample of the Camelbak Groove Insulated Filter Bottle, which removes the chlorine taste from your water. It works well for drinking water throughout the day. I've been using it at work, and it's nice to fill it with water and ice and have refreshing water for hours.
