It's National Walking Day today. Time to shake off winter, lace up your walking shoes and get walking. The American Heart Association promotes this day to get you committed to walking for 30 minutes or more each day to reduce your health risks. You may hear of National Walking Day activities in your area or company. You can also join in online at AHA with their Start Walking Now Walking Plans and walking tracker.
