With gas prices climbing to the skies, isn't it time to think about alternate forms of transportation for those little trips?
The Surgeon General and every health guru in the world recommend a MINIMUM of 30-60 minutes of walking per day, or enough for an easy 1-4 mile round trip to the store, post office, etc. You can waste a buck's worth of gas or you can start doing what is right to keep your body in working order, and know that you can help save yourself and others in an emergency.
